Bespoke Joinery

Each project begins life as a blank canvas with zero limitations. Every space is unique, and we attack each project in the same manner. With extensive knowledge in the industry, we specialise in bespoke:

Each customer has their own vision and ideas of what they require whether from something they have seen or dreamt up with their imagination, our design team and project manager work with you directly discussing materials, finishes and the end goal design.

Once the initial brief and site survey is complete, we then use the latest 3D modelling software Solid Works, we create a life like render of the project giving you the chance to see the finished article, from this any changes from layout to colour to dimensions can be made before production in our workshop.

With a vast material archive and using our diverse set of skills we can manufacture from virtually any material including:

  • Panel products such as egger MFC
  • Sheet material MDF, Ply, OSB, Veneered board, Laminates
  • Acrylic, Perspex
  • Solid timber such as Oak, Ash, Iroko, Walnut
  • Solid Surface- DuPont Corian Accredited fabricator, Hi-macs, Hanex , Avonite, Wilsonart

On sign off the final drawing we can production, using solid works we break the drawing down to individual components and transfer to our vetric CNC software Vcarve, form here we program all the necessary tooling to complete the machining process, from hinge holes in doors, rebates, shelf dowl holes, final cut out or whatever may be required.

Everything we produce is done at our 4000sqft facility based in Hixon Staffordshire, with over 30 years of experience our team not only use traditional Joinery methods for items such as oak shaker doors or dovetailed draw boxes, but also, we utilise the latest machining technology such as our AXYZ CNC overhead router and Biesse edge bander for a finished product like no other.

Once given the job brief, the team is given an accurate 3D model using E-Drawings software to manufacture from, from here they can check individual component dimensions, take measurements to manufacture parts, and check the drawing to give an overall picture of the project, giving accuracy throughout the process. Once production is underway, we invite you to our workshop to see how the project is moving forward.

Depending on the materials used is how the job is finished, All the hand painted work and staining is done by us, if a spray finish is required, we send it off to a specialist for finishing.

Once everything is manufactured, it’s time for the installation. What makes us different is we use the same team that produced and made the project to be the installation team, this means that they have a full and accurate understanding of the job in hand giving you full confidence that what was an initial brief is now a fully competed project.

Should we need to outsource specialist trades, such as plumbers, electricians , floor layers, Granite Worktop suppliers and steel fabricators  we have built up fantastic relations over 18 years of trading making sure we only use the right trusted people for the job, everyone we use is fully accredited in their own field such as NICEIC qualified electricians or Gas safe registered plumbers giving full peace of mind all work is carried out to the highest standards.
